Material & Thickness
- Film: single-layer frosted translucent plastic film with a matte, soft-touch finish. Waterproof, flexible and easy to wipe clean — a popular choice for clothing, cosmetics and gift packaging.
- Thickness: 70 Microns (0.07 mm) / 2.76 Mil, single layer. Every spec is written in both metric Microns and US Mil, so buyers in the US and overseas read exactly the same measurement (1 Mil = 25.4 Microns).
- Finish: frosted translucent, so the color of your product shows through the bag while the surface stays soft and matte instead of glossy.
Craftsmanship
- Heat-sealed seams: the bag body is sealed with heat rather than stitched, so there are no needle holes for water or dust to pass through and the edges stay smooth.
- Stand-up gusset bottom: the widened bottom adds structure, so the bag sits upright on the counter yet still folds flat for storage.
- Matte frosted surface: soft to the touch and far more forgiving of fingerprints and light scuffs than a glossy film, so the bag still looks new after a long day of handling.
Custom Printing & Logo Options
- Print method: plastic bags are printed by screen printing only — it gives the crispest line and the longest-lasting ink on plastic film.
- Print placement: single-sided print, double-sided print, or gusset (side panel) printing.
- Colors: 1-color screen print is standard. For multi-color screen printing, send us your artwork first — those orders are reviewed and quoted case by case before we accept them.
- Artwork we need: vector files in AI, PDF, EPS or SVG. A high-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher) also works.

Care & Handling
- Keep away from high heat or open flame. Plastic film softens and warps when it gets too hot.
- Store flat in a cool, dry place, and avoid long periods of direct sunlight.
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not iron and do not machine wash.
- Spread heavy items evenly across the bottom so the bag stays balanced, and keep sharp corners away from the film.
